My 2000s-p has silent taps and that doesn't affect smoothness, is this normal for being unused and will it go away?
It is only when the spool is moving downwards and is very subtle, it happens when there is no line on the reel and it also has a lot of rhythmic taps when teh spool reaches the bottom and goes back up. The reel is unused and unspooled. Will this go away when I fish with it abit?
