Both rods would be ideal for what you want to use them for. There isn't a standout model between the two for what you want to do with them.
I want a rod that I can chuck most lures in. Is the 702lfs or 712lfs more versatile
I will be pairing it with a 2000s revelry. Soft plastics will be my main lure but I will also be using things like blades, jerkbaits, crankbaits, top water a fair bit and ocossionally cranka crabs and mussels
