If tied with an FG it would go, but it would be tight. Personally I wouldn't do it. If you're running a 30lb leader your more than likely going to need a more powerful rod anyway.
Thinking of using a 2500 certate on the 742lxs, would that rod be able to handle 30lb leader through the guides
