hi im just new to fishing im just wanting to see what lures i should get for different types of fishing

Hi im just new to fishing and i would like to know the best lures for all types of fish and how to fish them like how to work them . i am currently using the shimano viper and sienna reel 2500hg and chasing salmon bream whiting tailor flathead and my dream fish is king fish ussually go fishing from shore/inlets and jetty.

I would suggest some small crankbaits (40-50mm), small metal blades, and most importantly some small soft plastics such as 2.5" curl tail grubs, 2-3" prawn imitations, and 2-3" minnows. Rig the plastics on 1/12th to 1/8th (size 1 to 2/0) jigheads. A slow constant roll with the crankbaits is the main approaches, but feel free to add some slow twitches and pauses. For soft plastics a small twitch and pause retrieve is the way to go.
