There are many ways to do this. We have a video that we recently uploaded (click here) onto YT where Jack Mitchell attaches a stinger to a Bait Junkie 7" Prawn. You could the same approach of if you need the stinger to sit to sit further back in the plastic you could substitute the treble for a single assist hook similar to this product (click here). Though I would use a heavier version.
