The recommended lure cast weight for the Slugger is 14-60g. If your lures are heavier than 60g you may want to look at one of the heavier models in the range.
Should the black slugger be strong enough to cast heavier soft glides for gig flatties
I’m wanting to throw heavy my lure box soft glides for big flatties paired with a 3000 certate with 15lb braid and 20lb leader.
