A 3000 Saltist MQ would be a great choice and offer excellent value for money.
What size reel for. 3-5kg rod
I mostly shore jig and lure fish for snapper Mackies and kings in Sydney harbour using a 3-5kg rod. What size reel is recommended for this size rod? Im leaning towards 3000 Saltist for versatility if I try other styles but also the 2500. I’m thinking Saltist are there other reels recommended?
