The Presso isn't a freshwater only reel, and if you treat it well and maintain it as you suggest is will look after you and will last.
How long would it last if i took ultimate care of it and used it once a week in no splash saltwater environments?
Ultimate care being i lightly spray it down after every session, then let it dry for a day before storing it in a reel pouch with a silica packet
