I'd go for the 3" Wave Minnow in bloodworm or motor oil colour. I'd rig them on a size 1 to 2/0 1/6 to 3/8th oz jigheads. Go the smaller hook size for your bream and a larger hook size for flathead and jewies. The back of the packet of plastics will give you hook and jighead recommendations too.
