It may be on the small side for that rod (25 SPARTAN S78-3/4). A 6000 or 8000 may be a better size.
Hi I've just purchased a 24 Certate 4000 XH reel is the new Spartan 7.8 rod suitable for this reel?
I have put daiwa braid on the reel
