It's hard to recommend one rod that will do all that because a rod best suited for bream and whiting it lighter than a rod for the reef and deeper water. For the lighter stuff I would recommend the 23 TD BLACK SCRATCHY 701LFS, while for the heavier I would recommend the 23 TD BLACK MACKA 742MFS. Reel wise I would recommend a 2500 for the lighter rod, and a 3000 for the heavier.
