I'd go for the 3000 if you want to run the lightest setup you can.
3000 or 4000 td black for targeting jewfish landbased?
I wanted to pair with a td black macka or wicked weasel.
50/50 lures and dead baits (yakka fillets or small whole squids). I always fish landbased off wharves and piers. I also like not too heavy setups.
