The will handle the job in most cases other than when trying to lift larger kings and pelagics. In that case I would opt for an extra heavy model.
Does this rod have enough lifting power for bonito, kingfish and salmon off the rocks?
I'm planning to use the 9ft 6 20 - 80g jigs and stickbaits
