I'd recommend 25 SALTIGA LC S76-3/4 'PLUG SPECIAL' for what you want to do with it.
Looking between the 3/4 special and the 82-4 cast apart from length what’s the differences
Pairing it up with a 6k 23 saltiga, want the option of reef flat's, shore fishing, and casting on the boat for king fish tuna ect, planning on throwing stickbaits but also want the option to throw bigger plastics. I believe the c 82-4 has a bigger range for casting weight but unsure about the length for boat fishing.
