22 TANACOM X 54XHST and SALTIST 56HT (SWIVEL TIP) DENDOH ROD deep dropping for blue eye/stripey. Which is best?
I have the option of either of the above rods in a bundle for the same price almost. What would suit best deep dropping for blue eye in Tasmania, which is the better rod? Also could have a 6'4 option also. Would you suggest a 5'4/5'6 or the 6'4?

All would be ideal the thing I would look at is the length and if you need that added length of the 6'4" for clearance and reach around the boat. Often that added length makes it easier for manoeuvring around outboards, etc.
