What rod would you recommend for barramundi fishing in lakes in far north qld? Looking to use soft plastics and hard bodies, will be land base fishing. Looking to pair it up with a td black 4000 D C if its suitable for barra fishing otherwise, what other spin reels would you recommend for barra fishing?

There's a few models I would recommend. The 23 TD BLACK MANGROVE MASHER 642MFS, 23 TD BLACK SHAKE'N'BAKE 701MXS, 23 TD BLACK MACKA 742MFS, and 23 TD BLACK HUMPHEAD 742MHFS. A 4000 reel is the ideal size for your barra fishing. A TD Black MQ, Revelry MQ, 23 Kix, and 24 Certate would all be great choices.
