Either would be suitable. Though the 5000 may make the outfit a little heavy for chasing barra and jack. Personally I'd opt for a medium/heavy light tackle spin rod, such as a TD Hyper, TD Black, or TD Commander.
What size MQ Saltist reel would you recommend for the SALTIST HYPER ALLROUNDER S71-2/3? Chasing Barra and Jack 20 SALTIST HYPER Rods
Having trouble deciding on a the MQ Saltist 4000 or 5000. Would the 4000 feel a little unbalanced?
