Drop us an email at service@daiwaaustralia.com.au and include a pic of the rings that you are referring to. We'll be able to tell you what they are and where they go. I'm assuming they are spool shims.
O ring troubles
The o rings that were provided in the box don’t seem to fit anywhere. Instructions look like they go under the cap, do they just sit under the cap or are they supposed to go onto the thread? Because the hole in them is too small. Unsure if I have been sent wrong ones
