The 300 Tatula holds 300m of PE3, and J-Braid Grand in 50lb is PE5. As result i would expect that you would get approx 170-200m of 50lb Grand on the reel. The new J-Braid Expedition in 50lb is a PE4, which would enable you to get even more line on it. I'd guestimate approx 220-250m of line.
