The Slugger may be a touch heavy (too powerful) for what you want to do. The 23 TD BLACK MACKA 742MFS may be a better option.
I currently have a 4000 reel and I’m looking at fishing in surf and wide fresh rivers, recommend a rod?
I mainly target flatty, snapper, carp and cod. I am considering a TD 23 Black slugger, would you recommend that or something else
