We don't really recommend using PE/braid line on spincast reels.
Can you put braid on the gold cast reels?
My son has almost a year of fishing under his belt and is now learning lure fishing. I’m wanting to improve his experience using braid. Can the gold cast (spincaster) reels be spoiled with braid? I’m hoping to put 8-10lb on his GC100.
