The 5/8 is suited for 50-160g lures while the 6/8 is suited for 100-200g lures. Both a great stickbait rods, I would suggest choosing the models that best match the size lures and line that you will be using.
Hi, wondering if the s80-6/8 is the go for stickbaits or is the s80 5/8 the go to? Can they both throw small popper
