As a general guide a 6000 would be suitable to the 325m and a 6000/8000 for the 325H. You'll also want to consider the weight of the reel that you choose and choose a reel with a weight that best balances on the rod. The only real way to work this out is to try the reel on the rod in the tackle store. A good tackle store will allow you to do this.
