You want the medium size cover. It mentions it in the spec table which size fits which reel.
What size Neoprene Cover for a Certate SW 6000?
Sizing designation seems to be for "LT" reels. I'm guessing the LT series has a slightly smaller body size, so would you move up to a large cover for something like a Certate SW 6000?
