I would recommend matching the rod to the size of the line that you plan on spooling your Seaborg 300 reel with. Each rod model has a recommended line rating that is listed in the spec table on the rod's product page. I would also chose a rod in a range that suits your price range. The new 22 Seapower, 22 Tanacom X and 22 Tanacom Z ranges are all excellent and our current releases in our electric rod range. You can view all our electric rods at the link below.
