That rod is a power slim design meaning it’s a solid glass blank with X45 wrapped over the top to improve feel. It’s not overly thick at the tip so I’m guessing it would be pretty soft (only 1.4mm) so it probably wouldn’t be the best for jigging or trolling. FUNE (Pronounced “FOO-NEY”) translates to boat rod. These rods are designed to be held parallel to the water’s surface using a rod holder on the boats gunwale.
The rating on the rod is for sinker weight but it is in GOU not Grams. Roughly converted the 50-130号 rating would be a 80-390gm sinker weight. This is not for casting, only for dropping vertically to the bottom. If you're looking for a trolling or jigging rod for kingies, mackeral and GT I would definitely recommend him going into his local Daiwa independent dealer to look at a more traditional Saltist style boat rod (60B or 56-4/6B or something) to compare.
I hope this provides you with some information that may help.
