Giant Herring are a challenging species and aren't a common species, hence they can be difficult to provide advice and tips on. Unfortunately I don't have any advice to share with you on them. I can suggest however to do plenty of online research on them. There are plenty of anglers who spend time chasing them and I'm sure there's information online regarding the where, when, and how of chasing this turbo charged species.
